30" x 24" Acrylic on canvas. Stuart Calder Orr is a Southern California abstract painter whose work explores the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind. Influenced by philosophy, psychology, and a multi-generational artistic lineage, his textured acrylic paintings blend emotion, intuition, and layered abstraction. Drawing from a background spanning music, engineering, and creative strategy, Stuart creates immersive works that invite viewers to connect with deeper parts of themselves. His work is currently exhibited throughout Southern California and online.
